Payment: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and cash. You will be charged the full amount of your stay the morning of your arrival date.
Check-in: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Staffed front desk for key retrieval. Early check-in is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged. The cost is $25. The minimum check-in age is 18. A $200 refundable deposit will be charged for guests ages 18-20.
Check-in after 5:00 pm: If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 pm, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive key retrieval information.
Check-out: Before 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged. The cost is $30.
Cancellation Policy: We are a small hotel, and cancellations impact us greatly. If you need to cancel, please notify us 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged the first night of your stay. Cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival or no shows will be charged the first night of your stay.
Pets: Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet. We accept well-behaved dogs for an initial $30 fee and an additional $15 every night following. If you have more than 2 dogs, please notify office staff as fees are subject to change. Please note: We do not accept cats or other animals. Service animals are welcome at no charge upon admission.
Smoking Fee: We are a non-smoking facility. There will be a $300 cleaning fee applied for smoking indoors. Burning candles, incense or any other devices is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors in the designated smoking area.
Cleaning Fee: You are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and taking all items out of the refrigerator. Rooms that require additional cleaning to remove grease, food items, etc. will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.
Children: Children are welcome. Rollaway/extra beds and cribs (infant beds) are not available.
Parking: Self-parking is available and free.
Registered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ friendly).
Special Requests: Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed.
